Lil Chef's cooking class!!! The Prince LOVED it!

I mentioned a few days back that the Prince was participating in an online Lil Chef's cooking class - 4 classes $20 (**there is one for older kiddos too!); well, today was our first class and he REALLY enjoyed it. He thought is was SOOO COOL to chat with his fellow classmates and LOVED watching his instructor LIVE. OH and he was SOOOOO tickled when she verbally responded to something he had me type to her during the podcast....He felt like a SUPERSTAR when she said his name!!

Here is the website if anyone is interested: Mixing Bowl Academy

Here is the recipes of the day and action photos :) - (One day I will have a super fancy camera...I can't wait for that day..I should mention that to my man :) )

Awesome Applesauce

2 small red apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 pinches of cinnamon

Kitchen Items Needed

knife (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
blender or food processor
measuring spoons
serving bowls

Directions

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Throw out the core.
Put the apple pieces and lemon juice into the blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is very smooth.
Pour the mixture into two small bowls and stir in the sugar and cinnamon.
Enjoy your awesome applesauce!
Serves: 2 (**The Prince allowed me taste his, but he ate BOTH servings! :) )Serving size: 1 bowl (half the recipe)

Excitedly waiting for class to begin.

Reading chat postings and dictating his responses.

Taste testing the apple and saying HI!

The instructor suggested sprinkling sugar and cinnamon on the apple peel.
Once I cut it into small pieces, the Prince devoured the peel of 2 APPLES!

Taste testing his creation!

After "tweaking" his recipe another taste test was in order...

He was a happy lil chef!
